Digital Products and Instant Access
VelocityKit provides digital products, including downloadable source code, templates, documentation, and access to updates. Because access is granted immediately after purchase, all sales are final once access has been provided.
No Refunds After Access
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once access to VelocityKit materials has been granted. Digital products cannot be "returned," and access cannot be meaningfully revoked after delivery.
When Refunds May Be Considered
We may consider a refund, at our discretion, in limited circumstances such as duplicate charges or accidental multiple purchases, billing errors caused by our systems, or technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Not Eligible for Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, lack of time or experience to use the product, requests made after downloading or accessing the code, misunderstanding of features clearly described on the website, or violation of our Terms of Service or License Agreement.
